Coach Philosophy:
My philosophy is to help my players achieve their goals and to push them to try and exceed them. I have been playing volleyball for more then half my life and I want to pass the knowledge I have so that my player can grow both mentally and physically. Lastly I try to teach that sports and the many lesson that it teaches correlates to everything outside the lines of the court wether it be respect, dedication, work ethic, being a great teammate, having fun etc.
