Coach Philosophy:
Coaching is about being in service to others. My job is to do everything I can to help those I coach grow, develop, and succeed individually and as a team now and in the future. The foundations of sustained success is a mentality of continuous improvement as a team and as individual players. This shifts the focus away from "How am I playing now?" to allowing players to think about growth and learning. It also allows the team to work toward goals and fosters a positive team culture. It also allows for the players to learn to adapt to situations and to inevitably change.
