Coaching Philosophy:
Our goal as coaches is to build a cohesive team of girls that combines their athletic ability (skill, hustle) with great attitudes (encouragement, teamwork) in order to win volleyball matches. This includes helping individual players reach their fullest potential while at the same time helping build a team that can have fun competing/winning games, matches, and tournaments. This also includes guiding the players to being leaders, making good decisions on and off the court and being a role model for the players.
