College Recruitment

Carolina Juniors has a long success record of graduating our youth athletes to the collegiate volleyball level. We have a in-house Recruiting Coordinators, directors, and coaches who are dedicated to helping our players achieve their volleyball goals. We also utilize various online recruiting platforms and other resources to help our athletes have the best chance of being recruited to play in college. CJV has partnered with SportsRecruits and Hudl to ensure players and coaches have the tools to succeed.

Recruiting Coordinator & Staff

CJV has a dedicated recruiting coordinator, as well as several CJV staff members and CJV coaches who are heavily involved with ConnectVolleyball, Recruiting Communication, and Hudl.

Alexander Schinzing is a full-time CJV Coach and Staff Member and brings a solid, well-rounded foundation of volleyball experience both as a coach and former player to our recruiting team. He continues to grow in his knowledge of volleyball, keeping up with current techniques and training philosophies. Schinzing has coached with Orlando Gold and OTVA for eight years in multiple capacities. He assisted with the OG 17 Black team who won the 2019 AAU National Championship. In 2016 and 2017, his team's earned a second place finish at the USAV and AAU National Championships respectively. Alexander has been an integral part of the development and training of all ages at Orlando Gold and OTVA through coaching, training, camps and clinics.

Hudl

CJV is proud and excited to partner with Hudl, an interactive videoing program that allows coaches and players alike to film games, monitor stats, and create highlight videos! CJV uses Hudl Assist, which allows coaches to send tournament videos to Hudl and receive verified statistics within 12 hours of submitting footage.

NCAA Eligibility Center

Division I or II

You need to be certified by the NCAA Eligibility Center to compete at an NCAA Division I or II school. Create a Certification Account and we'll guide you through the process.

You need to create a Certification Account to make official visits to Divisions I and II schools or to sign a National Letter of Intent.

Division III or Undecided

Create a free Profile Page if you plan to compete at a Division III school or are not yet sure where you want to compete.

You'll get an NCAA ID, and we will send you important reminders as you complete high school.
