Carolina Juniors Volleyball Beach has turned over all beach training to the experts at Carolina Beach Volleyball Academy (Formerly Beach South), their seven seasons of running a beach volleyball club, have produced many D1 college commitments, with more to come. Carolina Beach has formed a strong program with input from several major universities in the southeast, which makes them a hotbed for recruiting. Please note that all programs they offer will be registered through their website.

Beach South Volleyball is based out of the Triad with locations in Greensboro, High Point, Lynchburg and NOW Charlotte! Beach South focuses on beach volleyball training and was started in 2012 by Scott Castevens who has15+ years experience playing beach and 6+ years coaching and managing Beach South Volleyball. Scott and his team will be working with CJV (and other clubs) to help develop seasonal and year-round beach training programs for girls and boys in the Charlotte area wanting to learn, play and excel at Beach Volleyball. Beach South Year-Round Beach Program

Want to play beach volleyball in college? Want to improve your indoor skill set? Love beach more than indoor? Want to be the absolute best volleyball player you can be? Whatever the reason, we have the program for you!

The Year-Round Programs have different tiers depending on what your goals are as a volleyball player. If beach volleyball is your passion, our CDP (College Developmental Program) and Elite programs are for you, and if supplementing your indoor training is your goal, our Elite and Part-time programs could be for you. Each level has a different commitment level with CDP being for only the most dedicated.

Beach South's Year Round Program was developed with input from college coaches across the country. We asked what they wanted from their athlete's when they showed up on campus, we listened and created our curriculum on those requests. The practices are intense, and conditioning is a huge staple for our programs. If hard work is appealing to you, then Beach South is the place for you.

Beach South's Year Round Program begins in November and concludes at the end of June.

The Beach Program Coaches will also keep all players informed of the upcoming tournaments and suggest the ones that may be best suited for their skills and work with each team to help prepare for tournament play

"Lady Grayhounds" Beach Volleyball Training

Carolina Juniors Volleyball has partnered with the Lady Grayhounds to bring a taste of the South to the North. "Come train with some of the best players in town by some of the best Coaches around!" Ages 8-18, divided by skill level, not age! Any questions please don't hesitate to call Coach Ray.

Training Sessions are on Sundays (starting April 8, 2018) from 8:00-10:00 AM. The sessions will be held at Blythe Landing (Lake Norman) 15901 NC Highway 73 Huntersville, NC 28078. Sessions are $30 each for a training program LIKE NO OTHER! You will be introduced to: a unique Volleyball specific conditioning experience (first 30 minutes), an intense all skill training regimen (45 minutes), ending with competitive games to your skill level (35-45 minutes)!" Each week you will have access to 4 courts, learning rules and fundamentals of 2's, 3's, 4's or 6's with the opportunity to enter and compete in local tournaments.
