CJV Training Programs

CJV offers a number of different levels of Training Programs to help the Individual Player learn the basics of volleyball or to improve their overall game or to work on perfecting a specific skill. We offer various Programs, Camps, Clinics and Training for all level of players. Training Academy Series

Location: Granite Street, Northlake

CJV's ACADEMY SERIES is designed for the ADVANCED athlete. Our series of position specific classes combine on-court skills training and classroom style lessons to produce high level athletes that approach volleyball from a thoughtful and skilled mindset. The ACADEMY SERIES builds on a base of fundamentals and provides next-level training for participants.

Lessons & Group Training

Location: Granite Street, Northlake

Private and Semi-Private Lessons mainly focus on specific skills and techniques. Players can choose a specific coach, date, time, location and the skills to work on.

Practice & Play

Location: Granite Street, Northlake

The Goal of the CJV Practice & Play program is to allow all girls to meet once or twice a week for 8 weeks to “Practice, Train and Play” Volleyball. Open to all levels of players.

College ID Clinics

Location: Granite Street

College ID Clinics are designed for the advanced volleyball player with prior playing experience and are led by area College Coaches and CJV National Level Coaches. Click for more information and to register. Space is limited.

College Recruiting Showcase

Location: Granite Street

This clinic will be run by Brian Rosen, head coach at Nova Southeastern University, and Ryan Meek, head coach at High Point University. Clinic will include college level drills focused on skill and position training, along with competitive game play, and tips to navigate the recruiting process. Team Programs

Carolina Juniors Volleyball Is the Premier Volleyball Club in Charlotte with over 1800 girls ages 8-18 and the most successful high school, middle school and collegiate coaches in the area. Visit our TEAM Programs for information on the best Team Program for your daughter.

TRAVEL - Pre-Tryout & Pre-Season Clinics
