Coach Philosophy:
My coaching philosophy is based on achieving success by developing my players as both strong athletes and strong young women. I provide a positive environment in which players learn that it's okay to make mistakes and that they can achieve great things if they believe in themselves. I focus on building a base of solid fundamental skills while teaching a full understanding of the game and how it's played. My goal is that my players leave my team well prepared to play at the next level and beyond.
