Travel Program Forms, Memberships, and Requirements
USAV Membership
All players who are currently on a CJV travel team are required to purchase a USAV membership. CJV will send out membership information when it becomes available, which will be after Sept 1. Typically, there are two charges: a Carolina Region fee ($30-$35) and a USAV fee ($20-$25), and last for one season. For now, you can check out the Carolina Region's website for more information.
AAU Membership
All players who are currently on a CJV travel team are required to purchase an AAU Membership. Player memberships are typically under $20 and last for one season. You will not find CJV in the drop down menu when trying to affiliate your membership, so be sure to enter our club code. 2023 Club Code is W378WT
Carolina Region Letter Of Commitment
All players who are currently on a CJV travel team are required to sign a Carolina Region Letter Of Commitment. This form will become available to the public starting September 1. CJV will send an email to all teams with the PDF of the letter. Parents are required to sign, scan, and email the document to their coach by September 3. You can also stop by our Granite St or Northlake location to sign a physical copy.
JVA Medical Release Form
All players who are currently on a CJV travel team are required to sign a JVA Medical Release Form. This form will become available after September 1. CJV will send an email to all teams with the PDF of the form. Please sign, scan, and email this form to your coach when you send your Letter Of Commitment. JVA Release Form
Team Store Information
The 2022-2023 CJV Team Store will open on Saturday, August 20 and close on Sunday, August 28 at 11:59 PM. The required items will be discussed in detail at the parent meeting on Saturday, August 20 from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Northlake. The PDF flyer if linked at the top right of this page for your reference, but CJV directors will have sizes for players to try on at the meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting on August 20, we will have an opportunity for players to try on gear on Sunday, August 21 from 12:30 - 2:30 PM at Granite St. Parent meeting information will be sent out via email on Monday, August 22.
The following gear is REQUIRED:
- 3 jerseys (long sleeve black, long sleeve blue, and shirt sleeve white) NOTE: If you played with CJV last season, you do not need to order more jerseys UNLESS someone on your team has the same number. See coach for details.
- CJV Jacket
- CJV pants
- Volleyball (if you did not order one last year)
- CJV backpack (if you do not have one currently)
All other gear on the team store is optional. Be sure to check out our year-round team store as well! All items are customizable.
Travel Fee Pay Schedule + Link To DaySmart
All team fees can be found on our Travel team pages, as well as inside the invoice you received when you committed to your team. At least 1/4 of the team fee is due at the time of commitment to secure your spot on the team. Any past due accounts as of August 20 will be in danger of losing their spot on the team. CJV offers flexible payment plans, so please email Office@CarolinaJuniors.com if you need financial assistance.
The second payment is due November 3. The third payment is due January 3. The fourth payment is due February 3.
All payments can be made using the DaySmart platform. This is the same platform you use to register your player for programs, clinics, lessons, etc. There is an app to download as well!
